I recently came upon a listing FULL of antiques and treasures. It got me thinking - how can I help sellers (and others) make a little money off this “junk”? Why not devote a portion of my website to these sales, increase website traffic while helping folks? So, here we are!

  • Take some good pictures and a description and I’ll gladly. advertise it at your price online. (but please be realistic.)

    Terms will apply, ask for details.

  • I’ll provide photography and the website description as well as provide delivery (as I can) if needed! Fees will b based on quite a few variables, but I’ll try to keep it only 10%.

  • Antiques, furniture, appliances, dishes, electronics, clothes, shoes, vehicles, tools, whatever you’ve got!

  • Well it’s constantly changing. I love reading and talking about it. I’ll try to update the below regularly, but for a detailed market update get on my mailing list HERE.

    For the foreseeable future, supply is tight while demand is increasing. There’s just not enough homes. Prices will continue to rise in spite of higher interest rates. This means equity for sellers and needed tricks and tips for buyers to win without breaking the bank.

  • You don’t have to! But note: emotions are VERY involved in a home transaction. The most stoic usually are actually the worst offenders. Facts and feelings matter, and having an objective, experienced voice makes getting to closing easier and more profitable!

  • Yes and no. My commission is an expense, but in the context of a real estate transaction, using me you are going to save money one way or another!
